How to use
Take one or two capsules in the morning with a glass of water and food. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Mrs. DO-IT-ALL 55+ plays nicely with all other Ogaenics products.
* We do not recommend to take Mrs. Do-It-All 55+ at the same time as B-Happy Vitamin B Komplex or Adapto Genie Balancing Komplex. Since these also contain a vitamin B complex, they should be taken at least 2 hours apart.
