How to use
Take two capsules in the morning with a glass of water and food.
*If you are planning surgery, taking medications on a regular basis, or are otherwise under medical supervision, we recommend to ask your doctor before taking supplements.
*Mr. Do-It-All plays nicely with all other Ogaenics products but we do not recommend to take Mr. Do-It-All Multivitamin Komplex Men together time as B-Happy Vitamin B Komplex or Adapto Genie Balancing Komplex. Since these also contain a vitamin B complex, they should be taken at least 2 hours apart.
