How to use
Take one to two capsules in the morning with a glass of water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
*We do not recommend to take Mrs. Do-It-All 45+ together at the same time as B-Happy Vitamin B Komplex, since these also contain a vitamin B complex, they should be taken at least 2 hours apart.
